From all our home made pastas to our traditionally pressed olive oil, guests will be able to experience delights such as the truffles that abound in this area, not to mention the mouthwatering combinations that can be achieved with some of Umbria’s finest wines. The BV Grand Hotel Assisi is able to offer solutions to suit all needs, from formal served and seated dinners to generous buffets in elegant settings.


The Giotto restaurant decorated with large scale fresoes, offers a unique setting for any event. We take particular pride in our cuisine, which employs only the freshest seasonal ingredients, offers continuously evolving and varied menus and highlights the delicate aromas and genuine flavours of Umbria. A return to the true essence of cooking, in which authentic Umbrian traditions have been creatively reinterpreted by our chefs. The Giotto restaurant also has a large patio area that can be used in the warmer season for open air events surrounded by the lush garden with its scents of jasmine and wisteria. Our exclusive banqueting hall has a capacity of up to 300 people, with its own patio and garden.
